Job Title: Business Manager
Reports to: The Business Manager will Report to Realtor, Mary Varner and any other agents working with MVRG.
Job Overview
The Business Manager is responsible for organizing the office and coordinating real estate transactions. She/He is responsible for keeping materials stocked and maintaining listings, contracts in progress, and helping keep agent aware of incoming calls/ emails, etc. He/she must have good communication skills and be willing and ready to take on tasks and be able to switch gears as needed; flexibility is important in this job position. He/she should be confident and
one who takes initiative, while also taking good direction.
Responsibilities/Duties
Coordinating Contracts: (Alongside the Realtor)He/she is in
communication with the agents, attorneys, lenders, clients, contractors, and any
other pertinent persons to the current Real estate transaction, gathers
signatures on specific documents, emails, makes phone calls, orders Home
Warranties, Inspections, surveys, appraisals, etc..
Listing Maintenance: (alongside the Realtor) Scheduling with and/or meeting photographers on site to take pictures of new listings, organizing listing
agreements, SPD, LBP, and any other listing documents that need to be on file in trans room, binders, on the MLS, and emailed out to appropriate parties.
Consistent communication with the client, updating them on showings/interest,
marketing. He/she sends agent flyers out to promote listing. He/she creates
property booklets for each house.
He/she keeps up with the work calendar and important dates in a contract or
listing agreement.
He/she must be proficient in Word and Excel and Google Docs and Google
Sheets.
He/she is responsible for expenses/accounting.
He/she is responsible for keeping up with production files (electronic and hard copies)
He/she is responsible for communicating to all team members about meetings or other important events on calendar.
Co-ordinates all marketing and communicates with Marketing Manager
Copy Mary on all correspondences for accuracy

Qualifications
College Degree not necessary
He/She should be proficient in Microsoft office suite, basic email concepts, Google Docs/sheets and eventually be able to learn Docusign, ZipForms, the MLS platform, and other necessary tools for transaction coordinating.
He/she should be able to compose basic marketing tools like postcards, flyers, emails, etc. using a design program such as Canva.
He/she should have strong communication skills, be organized, be able to
prioritize, and be flexible.
