Mary has lived in Columbus, GA since 1986 with her husband, David, and 5 daughters. All five girls left Columbus for college but eventually married and moved back to raise their own families. Now Mary’s home is filled with the laughter of a second generation. Her 9 granddaughters and 3 grandsons love to visit
their Gigi and Grand Doc! The fact that Mary’s girls came back home to Columbus to live, work, and raise families, beautifully illustrates what Mary wants all her clients to know: Columbus is a special place.
When Mary first moved to Columbus, she lived in the heart of midtown. A few years later, as her growing family needed more room, they moved out to the country just north of Columbus. Once the girls started leaving for college, Mary and David headed back into “town”, but this time settled in north Columbus. Having lived in three distinct parts of Columbus it’s fair to say that Mary knows this city by
heart!
Mary graduated from UGA with a B.A. in Risk Management. She went on to hone those business skills by running a household and raising five girls. By the time “number 5” graduated from college Mary could have written her own textbook on risk management. In 2005, Mary dove into real estate and had a record-breaking first year. From booming economies, bursting real estate “bubbles”, to a
